STUDENTS 4 ANTI-RACISM
ANTI-RACISM & DIVERSITY
Students4Change believes that injustice in our municipal codes should be expunged. Unjust policies within education and municipal government should be substituted for policies with equity and diversity front of mind. Examples include enforcing restorative justice within our school department, assessing/addressing racial bias and heavy Eurocentric course selection in education, adding multi-cultural courses to the curriculum, and supporting incentives for local businesses that celebrate diverse practices. Visit our partner organization Towards an Anti-Racist North Kingstown (T.A.N.K) for more information.
